Summary: The role of Manual QA / UAT Tester involves creating test approaches, executing manual tests, and managing defect logging and triage. Key Responsibilities:
- Create test approach, test cases and execution schedule
- Execute manual tests and capture evidence
- Log defects with clear steps-to-reproduce and expected/actual results
- Support defect triage with BA/PO/Dev and retest fixes
- Run regression checks and release readiness validations
- Produce test summary reporting and sign-off recommendation

- Manual testing + defect management experience

- Jira/Zephyr/Xray (or similar)
- Postman / basic API checks (desirable)
- SQL for basic validation (desirable)
