QA/UAT Manager

Summary: The role of Project Manager involves gathering functional requirements, developing test designs, and ensuring the readiness of testing environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather functional requirements based on client SME inputs, reviewing demos of existing systems and discussions with architects.
• Prepare the Requirements Traceability Matrix using requirements elicitation and analysis tools and techniques including traceability techniques.
• Develop/validate test design consisting of scenarios, types of testing and number of cycles of testing required for the application under test using knowledge of multiple test tools and ensure readiness to begin testing.
• Ensure that the test environment is set up in collaboration with the migration team, create/execute test data scripts and validate test data required for functional and automation testing.
• Validate results of test cases executed with all groups of projects and participate in defect triages using knowledge of test execution process, test requirements and business criticality.
• Reporting test results to all stakeholders for review and signoff.
• Collaborate with migration team during the Go-live activities to ensure that there are no issues in the production environment.
