Description:
Contributes to the Q&A job family in a support capacity. Under direct supervision, carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organizational standards and end-user requirements. Assists in the testing of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Performs scripted, routine, and standardized testing procedures. Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets. Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales. Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Quality Assurance & Testing.
The QA & Testing Associate Analyst will be responsible for data validation testing for our external partner platforms. Reviewing Medicare plan benefits and rate testing to support accuracy of our Medicare product lines within multiple quote and enrollment platforms. Track/Log test cases to report defects for resolution.
