QA Tester with Accela experince

Summary: The QA Tester role focuses on quality assurance testing for solutions related to municipal or state DOT, requiring both manual and automated testing skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing and regression testing of new and existing solutions.
• Document and track defects.
• Participate in the creation of new functional and technical specification documents with an eye toward precision and testability.
• Perform root cause analysis of defects in preproduction and production environments.
• Create and execute test cases, both manual and automated.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of team QA processes, templates, and best practices.
• Consult on best practice approaches to implementation.
• Identify and correct defects.
• Liaison with the EPIC Team and EPIC to document and remediate product defects.
• Stay up to date on new platform features and coach and mentor other SDOT XC Team members on how they apply to SDOT's Accela implementation.
• Provide estimated efforts and contribute to work planning.
