Summary: The QA Tester role involves planning, designing, and executing tests within an Agile environment, focusing on ensuring quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and understand the Test Team work plan
- Plan, design, and execute product, system, unit, load, volume, and network tests
- Identify, track, and resolve testing issues and risks
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data
- Define entry and exit criteria for testing
- Assist Application Teams with component and assembly testing
- Participate in release testing and installation procedures
- Maintain and update testing standards, processes, and documentation
- Assist in test environment planning and management
- Conduct structured walkthroughs and inspections
- Communicate clear and accurate status updates to stakeholders
- Monitor estimated vs actual task completion times
- Guide and support junior testers as needed
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements

- 4+ years of experience as a QA Tester in an Agile testing environment
- 3+ years of iOS mobile application testing experience
- Strong experience in manual testing

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
