Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing system test plans
- Performance Testing
- Utilizing performance monitoring tools (e.g., JProfiler, JMeter)
- Managing test tools (JUnit, Selenium, Microfocus UFT, etc.)
- Conducting unit testing with tools and frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, etc.)
- Understanding the full software life-cycle with a focus on testing
- Leading and organizing test activities
- Overseeing user acceptance, performance, accessibility, interface, and data conversion testing
- Reviewing, updating, and creating test strategies, suites, and scripts
- Documenting and reporting test results and defect statuses
- Coordinating scheduling of testing staff and activities
- Providing training and mentoring to testing team members
Key Skills:
- DB2 and MS SQL Server Queries
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Octane
- Jenkins, CVS, Maven, and Ant
- Testing management experience in UI with commercial software
