Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive automated tests using Playwright for web, cross-browser, and API testing.
  • Design and validate complex functional, regression, and edge-case test scenarios, implementing robust data-driven testing strategies.
  • Conduct API testing and backend validations, ensuring application data integrity and performance.
  • Apply basic SQL knowledge for database validation and data management.
  • Provide hands-on testing expertise for Guidewire implementations, including PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
  • Validate Guidewire core architecture, ratings, integrations, and configurations.
  • Test and verify successful data migrations, platform upgrades, and system customizations.
  • Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, specifically Gitlab and Bitbucket Pipelines.
  • Configure automated execution schedules, monitor reliability of test runs, and efficiently troubleshoot pipeline failures.
  • Adhere to best practices for code quality by participating in code reviews for both application and test code.
