Summary: The QA/QC Manager will oversee quality assurance and quality control for large-scale solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects in London, UK. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans for solar and BESS projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing to verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and installations.
- Work closely with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC best practices and procedures.
- Report on QA/QC performance to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting any risks or quality concerns.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in QA/QC management for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards, codes, and regulations relevant to solar energy and energy storage systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential quality issues early in the project.
