Candidates should possess strong proofreading skills and familiarity with healthcare terminology, particularly in Medicare. Key Responsibilities:
- Proofread Medicare member materials for accuracy and compliance
- Perform line-by-line comparison against source of truth documents
- Validate benefit details, cost-sharing, and plan information
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and minor variations
- Meet tight deadlines with high accuracy
- Work independently on repetitive, detail-heavy tasks
Key Skills:
- Strong proofreading experience (not basic reviewing)
- Ability to focus for extended periods
- High accuracy in line-by-line comparisons
- Familiarity with Medicare, healthcare plans, or benefits terminology
- Experience with regulated content (CMS preferred)
- Background with health plans (Aetna/CVS etc. is a plus)
- Strong Excel skills (filtering, comparison, basic analysis)
- Experience identifying inconsistencies in data/content
- Comfortable learning QA/review tools
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Private workspace required
- Internet speed screenshot required at submission
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
