Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outcomes testing across motor finance, complaints and redress cases
- Reviewing case decisions, evidence and rationale to ensure fair and consistent outcomes
- Assessing alignment to policy, guidance, regulatory standards and Consumer Duty principles
- Producing clear, structured feedback for Case Handlers and Team Leads
- Identifying trends, gaps and systemic issues to support programme-level improvements
- Supporting QA frameworks, sampling plans and quality reporting
- Working closely with SMEs, QCs and operational leads to strengthen delivery assurance
Key Skills:
- Experience in QA, outcomes testing, QC or complaint review roles
- Strong understanding of policy, regulatory expectations and outcome standards
- Ability to assess complex cases and articulate findings clearly
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Exposure to motor finance, complaints, redress or regulatory conduct is highly advantageous
- Comfortable working independently within a remote project environment

Konexo Financial Services is building its bench of experienced QA / Outcomes Testers to support multiple upcoming motor finance redress, complaints and regulatory conduct programmes. We’re looking for quality-focused professionals who can review case decisions, assess outcomes and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and programme standards.
