QA - Manual & Automation Tester

Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst with expertise in manual testing and a growing interest in automation. The role involves executing manual tests, documenting quality processes, and gaining exposure to model-based testing tools like Keysight Eggplant. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product and development teams to ensure quality across platforms. This position is primarily remote, with potential ties to Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:

• QA analyst with a strong focus on manual test execution and quality documentation
• Experienced in designing and executing test passes, logging defects, and validating fixes across functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Capable of writing and maintaining test cases, test plans, and documentation aligned to acceptance criteria and user stories
• Collaborative team member who works closely with product and development to clarify requirements and flag edge cases
• Familiar with Keysight Eggplant's model-based test automation platform, including its image and text recognition capabilities for validating UI across platforms and devices
• Comfortable with defect lifecycle management, test reporting, and communicating quality status to stakeholders
