Summary: TrueNorth is seeking a QA Manager for a tech consultancy to work on a significant HMRC programme. The role involves hands-on testing and team leadership within a blended team. The position is remote but requires the candidate to be based in the UK. The initial contract is for 3 months with potential extensions, and the role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team of testers (4 resources).
- Conduct SIT and E2E manual testing.
- Test ETMP and NTC systems.
- Collaborate with the blended team on the HMRC programme.
- Perform hands-on testing as part of the role.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Test Lead with strong SIT and E2E manual testing skills.
- Familiarity with testing ETMP and NTC.
- Proven experience in leading small teams.
- Previous experience working with HMRC or central government.

Key skills and experience needed:

- Have worked with HMRC before either directly or through a consultancy (or any other central gov experience)
