Job Description
The lead QA role is for the Customer Center workstream in the Customer Digital Experience Program.
Working knowledge and experience in API automation; good understanding of UI automation
Experience with Database migration projects a big plus
Good communication and collaboration skills, handling conversations with multiple stakeholders, business, vendors, dependent teams
Owning dependent items, proactively ensuring the needs are met for QA deliverables.
Co-ordination with external vendor, leading the conversation
Ability to support leadership needs related to status, identify and share risks, escalations
Work management for monthly releases, handling defects, managing timelines and delivery
Support demos to business, acceptance of stories and approvals for releases
Good experience in end-end testing
