Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA role for the Customer Center workstream in the Customer Digital Experience Program.
- Work on API automation and have a good understanding of UI automation.
- Manage database migration projects.
- Communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including business, vendors, and dependent teams.
- Own dependent items and ensure QA deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with external vendors and lead conversations.
- Support leadership needs related to status, risks, and escalations.
- Manage work for monthly releases, handle defects, and manage timelines and delivery.
- Support demos to business and obtain approvals for releases.
- Conduct end-to-end testing.
