Summary: The QA Lead (Payment and EMV) role is a fully remote position requiring extensive experience in QA for payment systems, particularly with EMV and ISO protocols. The candidate will be responsible for leading testing efforts, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Strong communication and technical skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onsite Switch QA with 10+ years' experience skills - ISO 8583, Faster payments, ISO 20022, T3 / automation framework excellent communication skills and team coordination
- Extensive experience of EFT switch and ATM testing scenarios
- Detailed knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging protocol, different transaction types and the associated Data fields
- Knowledge about various payment channels (Mobile, WeB, ATM, POS, ECOM), authentication methods (PIN, 3D Secure, OTP) and Card types (Credit, Debit, Magnetic stripe, EMV Chip based)
- Knowledge of frameworks used in testing applications/systems in ATM, Payment and Fueling Domain.
- Good Technical and analytical skills
- Experience in Manual Testing - Functional, Database, User Interface, Regression and Usability testing.
- Knowledge of Automation frameworks (Fitnesse, Selenium, T3) and automation testing tools like Jenkins
- Application testing with insightful knowledge of complete SDLC entailing requirement analysis, test development, manual and automation testing, quality assurance, certification and reporting skills
- Significant experience of working with customers, delivery managers, project managers and technical teams for executing the project.
- An effective communicator with relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at any level of business and management.
- Good Team coordination
- Experience in Payment domain for Product and Services testing and Implementation
