QA Lead (Mulesoft and SalesForce)

Summary: The QA Lead role focuses on overseeing quality assurance processes specifically related to Salesforce and MuleSoft within a remote working environment. The position requires expertise in API testing and familiarity with the insurance domain, particularly in Property and Casualty (P&C) and Guidewire. The role involves managing testing activities, client interactions, and supporting go-live and post-production validation efforts. This is a 6-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiar with using Salesforce (log in to Salesforce, navigating, checking data, run some basic data queries for validation, etc.) and API Testing.
• Familiar with MuleSoft (check logs, etc.)
• Expert using Postman
• Experienced testing end to end scenarios (Postman MuleSoft APIs Salesforce Policy & Claims Systems)
• Good communication and organizational skills to manage artifacts, work with clients IT team, support go-live activities, postproduction validation, etc.
• Insurance domain with P&C and Guidewire experience must.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in Salesforce and MuleSoft
