- Lead QA delivery and oversight across multiple programs, applications, and environments.
- Establish entry/exit criteria, test governance, defect standards, and go-live readiness processes.
- Foster a "quality-first" culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Drive the adoption of GenAI in QA, including automated test case generation, LLM-as-Judge for validation, and intelligent defect triaging.
- Champion AI-assisted testing and GenAI capabilities (e.g., Gemini, Enterprise AI, Copilot) across the QA lifecycle.
- Implement scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, data, and integration testing.
- Drive "automation-first" and "shift-left" testing strategies enterprise-wide to improve early defect detection.
