Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the full QA function across a major Business Central change programme
- Developing and driving test strategy, planning and governance
- Managing end to end testing: functional, integration, UAT and regression
- Working closely with project managers, Business Central specialists, SMEs and tech teams
- Ensuring the programme is delivered to a high quality, with risks identified and managed
- Helping bring structure and testing discipline to a busy, fast moving environment
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a QA Lead/Test Lead
- Strong background in ERP testing, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Comfortable leading strategy as well as remaining hands on when needed
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Someone who enjoys bringing order, structure, and best practice to complex programmes
