Summary: The role is for a QA Engineer specializing in Frontend and Accessibility testing, working remotely with occasional client visits. The position is a 3-month contract with a focus on manual testing to ensure the quality and reliability of user stories and acceptance criteria. Candidates are expected to start no later than March 2nd and must have relevant experience in the UK public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, creating, and executing manual tests to ensure quality and reliability of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborating with a new team formed for a large public sector project.
- Utilizing test and bug management tools effectively.
- Working within a Scrum methodology.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in manual testing.
- ISTQB Certification Foundation or equivalent.
- Extensive experience with Frontend and Accessibility testing.

- Ability to learn quickly and fit into a tight team dynamic.

Our client, an established and successful Consultancy are looking for a couple of QA Engineers to join them on a contract basis.
With head offices in the north of the UK and branches spreading across the globe, they're a dynamic technology consultancy leader with a dedicated team of professionals, partnering with sector leaders
After recently winning a large public sector project they are creating a whole new team and need people who are able to start no later than March 2nd. You will be responsible for planning, creating and executing manual tests to ensure quality, reliability and delivery of user stories and acceptance criteria
We are looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in manual testing
- ISTQB Certification Foundation (as a minimum) or equivalent
- Extensive experience with Frontend + Accessibility testing
- Familiar with test and bug management tools
- Experience working in a Scrum methodology
- Highly delivery focused, with the ability to learn quickly and fit into a tight team dynamic
- Experience working in UK public sector projects, carrying out testing activities
