- Min 7-10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
- Proven hands-on experience testing SAP Commerce Cloud
- Strong experience validating commerce-specific workflows such as catalog, search, cart, checkout, pricing, promotions, and order flows
- Strong hands-on experience in manual testing, including test planning, test design, test execution, regression testing, defect management, and end-to-end functional validation
- Hands-on experience with Playwright with Java for functional UI automation
- Experience with web application testing in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into structured, traceable test scenarios and test cases
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WalkMe testing or digital adoption platform validation
- Exposure to HCM systems, workflows, or platforms
- Exposure to using AI in testing such as Cline or other AI assisted workflows
- Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, or similar
- Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or similar
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution in release processes
- Experience testing integrations across multiple enterprise systems
