Summary: We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer specializing in IVR testing, Automation QA using TOSCA, and AWS Connect QA to enhance our Healthcare technology team. The role involves validating customer interaction platforms and ensuring high-quality automated testing processes in a regulated healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software quality assurance and a strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions. This position is a long-term W2 contract role based remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for healthcare applications and contact center platforms.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of IVR systems, including call flows, speech recognition, routing, and integrations with backend applications.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using TOSCA and implement automated regression suites.
  • Validate and test AWS Connect implementations, including contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing activities.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools and work closely with development teams for resolution.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and data privacy requirements.
