Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Product Manager to define and implement QA processes for Power BI dashboards.
- Develop and document test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Execute functional, regression, and data validation testing across dashboards.
- Compare Power BI extract data with backend exports (Excel-based comparisons) to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation, balancing manual and automated testing approaches.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development (L&D) QA team to leverage best practices and tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).
- Build, maintain, and enhance automation test scripts using Cypress and Playwright.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of QA experience, ideally within data visualization, dashboards, or Power BI environments.
- Strong knowledge of functional testing, regression testing, and using SQL for data validation.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Cypress or Playwright (preferred but flexible).
- Ability to design and execute test frameworks and processes from scratch preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Product Manager to define and implement QA processes for Power BI dashboards.
