Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and API testing using tools like Postman and ReadyAPI.
- Participate in daily standup and retrospective meetings within an Agile framework.
- Analyze log messages and work with SQL databases.
- Utilize cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD practices (Git).
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Engage in backend testing and utilize tools such as Jira and QTEST.
- Understand and apply web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Adapt to various technologies and maintain effective communication.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; ISTQB certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in QA automation and manual testing.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum processes.
- Experience with API testing and understanding of web technologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Postman, Jira, and Git.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.

Typical Day in the Role
- 8am-5pm, possibility of overtime, but very rarely
- Remotely via Teams
- Working remotely
- Standup meetings on a daily basis, retrospective meetings, AGILE.
- Knowledge of Manual testing and strong understanding of API and DB's
- Candidates must have experience with the following, will be used daily:
- working with APIs - use of Postman, able to review Swagger/OpenAPI spec
- SQL knowledge
- be able to read and analyze log messages
- ReadyAPI
- Kafka
- REST API
- Understanding of CI/CD (Git)
- Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS)
- Groovy Script
- JS or Java

- Hands-on experience on Backend testing using postman

- Form exporter

qualifications:
Candidate Requirements B Bachelor's
- Required: Bachelors Preferred: ISTQB
- Years of experience required: 7 years of minimum relevant experience
- Disqualifiers: Lacking collaboration skills, need someone vocal who is good at cross-collaboration
- Additional qualities to look for: Healthcare experience would be a plus

- 1 Agile and Scrum Process Knowledge with manual testing expertise
- 2 Understanding of Web Technologies: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how these interact with the web application helps in spotting issues and understanding how the application should behave.
