Summary: The QA Automation Engineer role involves both automated and manual software testing to ensure the quality of web-based applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform automated and manual application software testing and quality assurance activities.
- Develop, execute, and troubleshoot Selenium automation scripts using the TestNG framework and JAVA for web-based applications.
- Create and modify test materials for systems and programs, documenting test procedures and results.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to support testing under various development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and assist with training and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze issues using logic and reasoning to identify problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Work with relational databases, creating and executing SQL scripts for data validation and testing purposes.
- Advise management on the status of releases based on testing results and issues identified during the testing process.
- Ensure all test activities are fully documented and align with best practices.

- 8+ years of experience in developing, executing, and troubleshooting Selenium automation scripts with the TestNG framework and JAVA for web-based applications.
- 8+ years of experience creating and modifying test materials for systems and programs, and documenting test procedures.
