Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the reliability and data accuracy of autonomous AI agents and their underlying data infrastructure.

- Validate Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 functionalities, including data modeling and SQL ingestion.
- Assess AI models and their ability to classify user intents accurately.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer specialized in Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360 (Data Cloud). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, data accuracy, security, and conversational excellence of our autonomous AI agents and underlying data infrastructure.
Required skills:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud).
- Proven experience testing Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 (Data modeling, SQL ingestion, identity resolution) and Einstein / Agentforce architectures.
- Deep understanding of testing AI models, Prompt Engineering mechanics, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.
- Test the agent’s ability to correctly classify user intents into defined business Topics without overlapping or misrouting.
- Test data ingestion pipelines from external data warehouses into Data 360, validating Identity Resolution rules and unified customer profiles.
- Design negative test cases to intentionally trick or bypass AI parameters, ensuring the Einstein Trust Layer strictly blocks unauthorized queries, toxic language, and prompt injections.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, API Testing tools (Postman/SoapUI), and Salesforce automation testing tools (e.g., Provar, Copado, Selenium, or Playwright).
- Strong data-driven troubleshooting skills—ability to parse complex event logs, debug Flow/Apex actions, and run error analysis on failed agent queries.
