Summary: The QA Analyst in the Medicare domain is responsible for analyzing business requirements and creating comprehensive test plans and scripts. This role involves performing various types of testing, including manual and functional testing, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaboration with stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle is essential to track and manage defects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and create test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual, functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing.
- Validate healthcare workflows, claims processing, eligibility, and member data.
- Track and manage defects using JIRA, ALM, or Quality Center.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
Key Skills:
- Strong Medicare domain experience (Parts A, B, C, & D).
- Experience with Manual Testing, SDLC/STLC, and defect tracking tools.
- Knowledge of CMS regulations, HIPAA, and healthcare workflows.
