Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain manual test scripts for web, API, data, and backend systems, with a focus on healthcare payer workflows (e.g., member management, eligibility, claims, billing).
- Manage defects using ServiceNow and Micro Focus ALM.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation in multi-database environments.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Document test scenarios, test cases, test results, defects, and quality metrics.
- Provide timely feedback to stakeholders and participate in quality review meetings.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in the healthcare payer domain.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with healthcare payer systems and processes, such as claims, billing, and eligibility.
- Experience with ANY ONE platform- HealthRules, QNXT, GuidingCare, and HealthTrio. HealthRules highly preferred.
