Responsibilities
- Act as technical expert and information resource concerning assigned areas.
- Perform and lead tests to ensure that all IT systems, products and services meet minimum standards and requirements.
- Work closely with the applications development team during software development to include areas of application development, operation and technical support and security.
- Lead and administer change control processes to ensure zero defect software development.
- Create complex test data for applications.
- Document testing data, findings and reports.
- Provide requested weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports and regularly updates assigned manager.
- Perform complex workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
- Recommend new and improved QA practices and procedures.
- Prepare QA documents, manuals, training curriculum and training sessions.
- Provide resources for agency technical writers.
- Perform related duties, as assigned.
Required Skills
- QA testing experience
- Experience writing test scenarios and test cases in DevOps
- Experience executing test cases manually
- Experience reporting bugs in DevOps
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills
- Scripting test cases in UFT One or similar tool
- Executing test cases with automation tools like UFT One
- Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle
- Familiarity of Salesforce platform
