Summary: Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, is seeking a Python + React Developer for a fully remote role. This position is a temporary contract lasting over 6 months, starting as soon as possible. The developer will collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions and champion good development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on solution design and technical assessments
- Work closely with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Plan, manage, and execute internal and cross-functional projects
- Act as a subject matter expert for platforms and services under development
- Champion good development practices and technical standards
- Identify and remove technical blockers for teams
- Resolve technical and security incidents
- Collaborate with global engineering teams
- Identify bottlenecks and propose measurable, risk-managed improvements
- Report progress against OKRs and KPIs
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with Python
- Proficiency in JavaScript using React and/or Angular
- Experience working in digital transformation or fast-changing environments
- Ability to script, code, and develop across multiple technologies
- Strong understanding of modern software development best practices
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
- Ability to adapt quickly and continuously learn
- Experience supporting or mentoring team members
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
