Summary: We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer proficient in Python and React.js to work on a USA export control project. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position is fully remote and requires strong hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development. Candidates must be able to contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement modern, intuitive user experiences
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
- Implement business logic, data processing, and backend services
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services
- Ensure application security, authorization, and data protection best practices
- Design and manage databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Write efficient queries and manage database schema migrations
- Support integrations with enterprise systems and cloud platforms
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in production environments
- Technical Program Management and lead small team of 5-6 members
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and other developers
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations
Key Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience in frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases

Front-End Development
