Python Developer (Remote)

Role : Python Developer (Remote) Location : Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout : $20 - $120/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Python Developer to work on a contract basis. Your work will directly shape the next generation of AI systems by contributing high-quality, real-world data that improves model reasoning and performance. This role is unique because it leverages your existing domain expertise—not prior AI experience—to train models across industries like finance, healthcare, and engineering. The opportunity supports AI labs and enterprises in building reliable agents through advanced evaluations and reinforcement learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Design, develop, and maintain robust Python applications to address diverse technical challenges in AI training pipelines.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and deploy new features and enhancements for AI model training systems.
• • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, high code quality, and maintainability.
• • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Python code for performance, scalability, and reliability in real-world AI applications.
• • Create and maintain clear documentation for developed solutions, system processes, and team workflows.
• • Contribute to system architecture discussions and propose innovative technical solutions for AI training infrastructure.
• • Proactively communicate progress, roadblocks, and technical insights with team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • Proficiency in Python with experience in software development, including debugging and optimization of applications.
• • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and collaborative development workflows.
• • Understanding of software development best practices, including testing, code reviews, and documentation standards.
• • Ability to analyze technical challenges and implement scalable solutions in Python-based systems.
• • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when writing, reviewing, or maintaining code.
• • Experience working in collaborative environments with remote teams is preferred but not required.
