Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Solution Architects on solution design and assessments
- Working closely with Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Planning, managing, and executing internal and cross-functional projects
- Acting as a subject matter expert on platforms and services under development
- Staying up to date with platform and service roadmaps
- Collaborating with Engineering teams across regions globally
- Championing good development practices
- Removing technical blockers for individuals and teams
- Resolving technical and security incidents
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with technology, product, and operations teams
- Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies hindering performance or progress and proposing measurable, risk-managed improvements
- Reporting against OKRs and KPIs
- Supporting and collaborating with other Tech Leads
- Being technically competent to script, code, and build
