Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Strong knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and AI.
- Knowledge of Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Model Evaluation, and Validation.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of OOP, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable applications and AI/ML solutions using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Build, train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy Machine Learning/AI models.
- Develop data processing pipelines, feature engineering, and model optimization solutions.
- Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications using REST APIs and microservices.
- Monitor production models, troubleshoot performance issues, and support model retraining.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.
- Follow best practices for coding, security, testing, documentation, CI/CD, and Git.
