Summary: The role of Psychiatrist - AI Trainer involves designing and curating training datasets for AI models, evaluating their diagnostic accuracy, and collaborating with researchers to ensure psychiatric expertise is effectively integrated into AI applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and curate high-quality training datasets reflecting authentic psychiatric scenarios and clinical best practices
• Evaluate and improve AI models through expert review of diagnostic accuracy, psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy outputs
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate psychiatric expertise into AI-ready formats
• Review and validate AI-generated content for alignment with ethical, legal, and clinical standards
• Contribute to model improvement across psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and risk assessment domains
• Produce clear, structured written and verbal reports documenting findings and recommendations
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration to advance AI applications in psychiatry

Key Skills:

• Licensed psychiatrist with strong clinical experience
• Strong experience with diagnostic assessment using DSM-5 and/or ICD-10
• Strong experience in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy approaches
• Strong foundation in psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and risk assessment
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations in psychiatric practice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
