Summary: Lavender is seeking both part-time and full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to provide tele-psychiatric services across multiple states. The role offers flexibility in scheduling and a supportive work environment, emphasizing a collaborative approach to mental healthcare. Candidates will conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans while working remotely within a diverse and inclusive team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication, therapy, or a combination of both.
• Proactively follow up with clients at minimum on a monthly basis to assess the efficacy of recommended interventions and ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved.
• Provide various modalities of talk therapy, as clientele strongly prefer combined medication and therapy appointments.

Key Skills:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
• Multiple State Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Licenses - Active.
• ANCC Board Certification.
• 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health.
