Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy SCADA/EMS applications in the GE XA/21 environment

- Collaborate with controls, communications & network engineering teams

Key Skills:
- Bachelor's in EE, CE, CS, or related
- 3+ years in SCADA / EMS / real-time application development
- Hands-on experience with GE XA/21 (must-have)
- Strong in Unix/Linux (AIX/Solaris preferred)
- Programming: C, C++, SQL, Shell scripting
- Knowledge of real-time data acquisition and integration
- Strong debugging & problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer interaction ability
- Willing to travel occasionally
