Job Summary
Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Developer to support UCPath, with strong experience in Workforce Administration (WFA), Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), and ePerformance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, debug, and support PeopleSoft HCM applications.
- Work on WFA, TAM, and ePerformance modules.
- Develop and maintain Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Fluid Pages, Integration Broker services, and custom reports.
- Provide advanced production support, troubleshooting, issue analysis, and on-call support as needed.
- Develop integrations, data services, conversion solutions, and technical specifications.
- Work with technical and functional teams to deliver defect-free enhancements.
- Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and system design specifications.
- Support PeopleSoft configuration, object migration, and development standards.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.x development experience.
- Strong experience with WFA, TAM, and ePerformance.
- Strong PeopleSoft Application Engine and SQL skills.
- Experience with PeopleTools, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, Fluid UI, and BI Publisher.
- Strong Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL knowledge.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Fluid technology, Tiles, Related Content, Event Mapping, and Page Field Configurator.
- Experience with large-scale PeopleSoft implementations and production support.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
