Summary: The role of Proxy Product Owner focuses on enhancing the build phase of a Cybersecurity datalake project. The candidate will work within an Agile framework, supporting the Product Owner and managing the backlog while ensuring effective data integration and KPI construction. Strong experience in data and business intelligence is essential, along with familiarity with tools like Snowflake and Power BI. The position is remote, ideally based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support PO in team management.
- Backlog enrichment: add information in Jira tickets about data integration specifications, required data sources for KPI construction, transformation rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct UAT testing alongside cybersecurity stakeholders in Snowflake and PBI.
- Analyze data sources required to build KPIs.
- Perform technical analysis and optimize KPI calculation logic.
- Design data models in Snowflake and PBI.
- Monitor and review orchestration and source scheduling.
- Build and refine PBI data models.
- Contribute to functional documentation.
- Manage and operate the BUILD backlog.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in data and business intelligence projects.
- Knowledge of the following stacks: Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Power BI.
- Knowledge of SQL for performing data analysis.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments (Scrum) with JIRA.
- Good general IT knowledge (protocols, API, network, …).
