Key Responsibilities:
- Identify off market Rent-to-Rent opportunities (Serviced Accommodation and HMO) across the UK
- Contact and negotiate with landlords, agents, and property managers
- Arrange viewings, conduct initial due diligence (rent level, demand, licensing)
- Present deals to our internal team for investor matching
- Represent the Equivus brand with professionalism and integrity
Key Skills:
- Previous sourcing experience preferred (but not essential - training provided)
- Confidence speaking to landlords and agents
- Knowledge of Rent-to-Rent (or willing to learn fast)
- Self motivated and results-driven

This is a flexible remote position with earnings linked to performance and successful deal completions. Ideal for anyone with a sharp eye for deals, strong communication skills, a good understanding of property, and the drive to be rewarded for results. You’ll operate under the Equivus framework, with access to our proven systems, investor network, and compliance cover.
What You’ll Do
- Identify off market Rent-to-Rent opportunities (Serviced Accommodation and HMO) across the UK
- Contact and negotiate with landlords, agents, and property managers
- Arrange viewings, conduct initial due diligence (rent level, demand, licensing)
- Present deals to our internal team for investor matching
- Represent the Equivus brand with professionalism and integrity
