We’re looking for someone to help grow our business, by acquiring the properties we need. We will consider someone who is in a job and wants to retain it or wants to work part time only. We’re a professional residential serviced accommodation company, which provides fully furnished home away from homes for the corporate and relocation sectors, generally for periods ranging from 7 nights to a no. of months. We work on behalf of owners and agents to operate properties as serviced accommodation. We take units on a management agreement basis, i.e. we’re not buying or leasing, and are looking for someone to help grow our portfolio of properties. We can take on properties for periods as short as 3 months & up to 5 years, on flexible term agreements. These can be properties that aren’t selling, or letting, those where planning is being sort but there is a gap to fill in the meantime, where owners are undecided what to do with their asset, those worried about the impact of the Renters’ Rights Bill, etc. To be blunt, there is a lot of opportunity, for a variety of reasons. We get the properties ready, photograph them and marketing them to the leisure, corporate & relocation sectors. We then vet the guests, check them in & out, deal with all guest enquiries, organise weekly housekeeping, etc. We are happy to take on singleton units, or whole blocks or a no. of units within larger buildings. However, we do just need stock. London is always a good place for us to have stock, but we will consider all towns & cities in England which have enough large businesses which generate booking enquiries. We want someone: who can get results within 3 months; who can find singleton units or multi-unit deals. In the early stages, we are offering a success related fee. If you prove yourself, we are happy to talk. We don’t care if you’re currently full-time employed and want to stay in your job and you can find us stock in 1 hour a week. We just want stock. We don’t care about your educational attainment. It’s irrelevant. We care about whether you can get us stock. Frankly, we don’t care if you can produce results with 1 phone call a month and take the rest of the month off. Whilst it is WFH, we do think it would be useful if you're able to do in person meetings in London with prospective owners or agents, but we remain open to a fully remote placement. You do absolutely need to have integrity, be honest, and always do the right thing. We pride ourselves on being straightforward, owning up to our mistakes and being communicative. You could be a resi agent, or someone else entirely. Please contact David Lipfriend on either 07711 788 600 or david@StayStayStay.co.uk
