Summary: The Project Support Officer role focuses on enhancing delivery governance and operational processes within a fast-paced TechOps environment. The position requires a strong background in PMO, delivery operations, and process improvement, with an emphasis on collaboration across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, maintain, and improve delivery processes, frameworks, and operating models
  • Ensure delivery teams are aligned with governance standards and best practices
  • Support audits, assurance activities, and compliance reviews
  • Identify process gaps, delivery risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Produce and maintain process documentation, templates, playbooks, and guidance materials
  • Provide support and guidance to Project Managers, Programme Managers, and delivery teams
  • Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities
  • Support operational reporting and governance tracking activities
  • Work closely with PMO, TechOps, Architecture, Commercial, and Delivery teams
  • Assist with SAP-related administration activities including PR raising and timesheet/suspense hour tracking

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience within PMO, delivery operations, governance, project support, or process improvement environments
  • Strong understanding of delivery governance, assurance, and compliance processes
  • Experience improving operational processes and ways of working
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
