Objective Provide dedicated IT project management support for Phoenix Project Workstreams, ensuring effective planning coordination, and execution of all technology related activities. Coordinate technical work across Infrastructure, Network, Storage, Compute, Resiliency, and Architecture teams, maintaining alignment of deliverables, milestones, and implementation plans
Core skills :
- Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager in complex technology transformation programs
- Strong coordination skills across multiple workstreams, stakeholders and versions
- Sold background in infrastructure, cloud migration or datacenter transformation programs Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skill
- Experience tracking dependencies, milestorves and delivery plans
- Strong financial awareness budget tracking, forecast updates and cost governance
- Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and tracking
Preferred skills
- Understanding of resiliency, DR, backup, network and infrastructure concepts
- Experience in AWS, hybrid cloud or public cloud programs
- Experience in application migration or service transition programs Banking/financial services experience
- Ability to work with technical teams as well as business stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in Project/Program Management, ideally in technology or infrastructure transformation
- Experience supporting complex, multi-work stream programs with multiple stakeholders Strong knowledge of project governance, RAID management, planning and reporting
- Experience preparing executive updates and managing senior stakeholders
- Experience in banking, financial services or regulated environments preferred
- Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, datacenter or application migration programs preferred
