Summary: Zenosys is seeking a Project Manager based in Malvern, PA, to oversee moderately complex projects with a focus on AI and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple moderately complex projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, managing timelines, dependencies, and execution across initiatives
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and community sessions to drive engagement across technical and business audiences
- Provide clear and consistent communication, including executive updates and stakeholder reporting
- Oversee project risks, issues, and change management efforts to ensure smooth delivery
- Partner closely with AI development teams (including offshore teams) to support project execution
- Drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and AI capabilities such as prompt engineering, model development, and data pipelines
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance project delivery
Key Skills:
- 5-8+ years of experience in project management, AI/ML, or software development environments
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive execution
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading discussions across technical and business stakeholders
- Proven experience managing complex initiatives with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and risks
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI and LLM-based solutions
- Experience collaborating with distributed/global teams
- Ability to manage change and drive adoption in evolving environments
- Experience working directly with AI development teams and a strong understanding of prompt engineering, generative AI and large language models, data handling and preparation, API integration with enterprise systems, model evaluation and optimization, and responsible AI practices including privacy, security, and ethical usage
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning, particularly in AI and digital transformation
