Summary: The role of Project Manager involves overseeing the Windows 11 deployment team, specifically focusing on migration activities and managing contractor engineers. The position requires SC clearance and entails both remote work and occasional travel to various sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth migration processes and maintaining effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onsite management of Contractor engineers.
- Obtain access from the relevant Authority Site Lead to the storage location of the onsite project stock and brief Contractor Engineers as required.
- Instruct Contractor Engineers about any specific site rules.
- Provide briefing to Contractor Engineers about any site-specific rules, whether and where an Authority escort is required, the quantity of refresh migrations planned each day.
- Provide the collected Device Designation Rules to the Contractor Engineers.
- Day to day management of laptop refresh clinic migration activities.
- Creation of end of day report.
- Onsite escalation handling.
- Ensure Contractor workflow management tooling records are updated.
- Day to day management of VIP and ANS user migration activities.
- Populate migration completion template report.
- Send completed migration completion report to the relevant Authority Site Lead.
- Populate the Authority's C-RAP report for the site.
- Upload the C-RAP report to the agreed file store.

Our client is looking for an experienced SC Cleared Project Manager to join their Windows 11 deployment team.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 140 Days
Pay Rate: £3/day
Total Daily Earnings: £348/day
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Remote, occasional travel to Corsham and on international sites across the world.
Clearance: Security Clearance is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Migration set-up:
- Onsite management of Contractor engineers.
- Obtain access from the relevant Authority Site Lead to the storage location of the onsite project stock and brief Contractor Engineers as required.
- Instruct Contractor Engineers about any specific site rules.
- Provide briefing to Contractor Engineers about any site-specific rules, whether and where an Authority escort is require, the quantity of refresh migrations planned each day.

Refresh laptop:
- Day to day management of laptop refresh clinic migration activities.
- Creation of end of day report.

Refresh VIPs and ANS users:
- Day to day management of VIP and ANS user migration activities.
- Creation of end of day report.
- Onsite escalation handling.
- Ensure Contractor workflow management tooling records are updated.
Migration completion report:
- Populate migration completion template report.
- Send completed migration completion report to the relevant Authority Site Lead.
C-RAP:
- Populate the Authority's C-RAP report for the site.
- Upload the C-RAP report to the agreed file store.
Soft Skills:
- Flexible approach and ability to work co-operatively within a newly created team environment
- Should be a self-starter and be able to perform quality assurance and control to create technical deliverables that are error free/with minimal non-functional defects.
