Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee medium to large-scale healthcare and technology projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget. The role requires strategic thinking and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive project initiatives from initiation to completion while maintaining compliance with governance standards and regulatory guidelines. This position also involves mentoring junior project managers and fostering continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex initiatives, ensuring successful execution across scope, schedule, and budget
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and presentations
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics using project management tools
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and escalating when necessary

  • Ensure compliance with governance standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory guidelines (including HIPAA)

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of project management experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects independently
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
  • Master’s degree in a related field (preferred)
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or similar project management certification (or in progress) (preferred)
  • Experience working within healthcare systems, Medicaid/Medicare programs, or government contracts (preferred)
