Our training provider is looking for a Project Manager who can help train a group of Project Managers and PMOs on MS Project Planner v5.

You will be training them on the following areas:

1. Portfolio Management

  • Learn how to evaluate, prioritize, and align projects with strategic goals.
  • Use Portfolio Analysis tools to simulate different investment scenarios.

2. Enterprise Resource Management

  • Manage resources across multiple projects.
  • Understand capacity planning, resource pools, and availability tracking.

3. Demand Management

  • Capture project proposals and route them through custom workflows.
  • Use Power Automate to automate approvals and intake processes.

4. Roadmaps

  • Create cross-project visual timelines to track progress across teams and initiatives.

5. Power BI Integration

  • Build advanced dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Connect project data to Power BI datasets.

6. Copilot in Planner (Preview)
