  • Monitor project budgets and resource activities, helping the team stay aligned with financial and operational expectations.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and recurring project meetings to promote accountability and remove delivery obstacles.
  • Provide leadership with consistent status reporting that highlights progress, risks, dependencies, and recommended actions.
  • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to drive communication across teams and ensure follow-up on open items.
  • Use Jira, kanban boards, and other Agile tools to organize work, manage visibility, and support efficient execution.
  • Oversee multiple projects at the same time within a technology-focused environment while maintaining quality and momentum.

This Long-term Contract position is fully remote through at least year end and requires a strong project leader who can keep multiple initiatives moving forward with clear communication, structured planning, and dependable follow-through. The ideal candidate will bring a practical understanding of Agile delivery methods and the ability to provide accurate, timely updates to leadership while coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
