Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project planning, timelines, dependencies and deliverables for Adobe Franklin initiatives
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint demos and retrospectives
- Coordinate with engineering, design and content teams to ensure smooth development and publishing workflows within Adobe Franklin
- Help maintain and manage Adobe Franklin blocks, templates and reusable components by partnering with relevant stakeholders
- Support intake, triage and prioritisation of requests, bugs and enhancements across multiple workstreams
- Track and escalate risks, blockers and issues to ensure timely resolution and consistent delivery velocity
- Maintain documentation, project artefacts and user stories to support clear team communication and alignment
- Support QA and validation processes for Franklin releases, ensuring accuracy, stability and operational readiness
- Drive adherence to best practices, governance guidelines and content operations standards within the Franklin platform
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master supporting web development or digital content teams
- Familiarity with Adobe Franklin (Helix), including block-based architecture, content authoring and publishing workflows
- Strong command of Agile methodologies and proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Ability to manage project timelines, cross-functional dependencies and multi-team coordination
- Experience writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation
- Strong problem-solving and triage skills for handling content, workflow, or component related issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex updates

Your Mission
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master (PM/SM) to support our Adobe Franklin web experience team, partnering with Product, Engineering, Design and Content Operations stakeholders. This role will focus on driving project execution, streamlining delivery workflows and ensuring the successful rollout of features, Content Enhancements across Adobe Franklin based web Projects. The PM/SM will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional workstreams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring operational excellence within the Adobe Franklin ecosystem. They will help teams stay aligned, remove blockers and maintain predictable and high-quality delivery.
