Job Description

The Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP and enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring successful execution across multiple functional and technical workstreams.

This role drives planning, scope, estimation, execution, risk management, and cross-functional coordination while partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

The Delivery Lead provides overall governance, manages dependencies, resolves issues, and ensures high-quality delivery from solution design through deployment and hyper care.

Team & Key Projects

• Nexus Demand Delivery Team supporting SAP Supply Chain initiatives across North America.
• Manages intake, planning, and delivery of SAP enhancements and strategic business initiatives across multiple functional areas.
• Add a Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end execution of the Nexus demand portfolio and ensure successful project delivery.
• Growing demand and increasing project complexity require additional delivery leadership to improve execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Typical Day in the Role

• Lead delivery of the Nexus demand portfolio, manage project planning and execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, track risks and dependencies, facilitate stakeholder communications, and ensure timely delivery of business initiatives.
• High. Collaborates daily with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, project managers, architects, system integrators, and leadership to drive delivery and resolve issues.
• Fast-paced, collaborative, and highly cross-functional environment supporting multiple concurrent initiatives. Requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities while working with global teams.

• Experience leading cross-functional project delivery or managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in SAP or large-scale enterprise transformation environments.
