Project Manager - Salesforce

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, scope management, risk control, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and hands-on experience managing Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Manage stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and senior management.
• Coordinate with Salesforce developers, consultants, business analysts, and QA teams.
• Track project deliverables, maintain project documentation, and provide regular status reports.
• Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and Salesforce implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and scope control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Salesforce certification or experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms.
