Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Lead project execution by coordinating with team members and ensuring effective communication.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may affect project outcomes.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team engagement and motivation.
  • Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.

Key Skills:

  • At least 10 years of experience in project management in Construction.
  • Proven experience with project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
